BYPL (BSES Yamuna Power Limited) SMS Service. BYPL customers can send SMS for the following services:-

1. Duplicate Bill

For Bill Details: Type BSESYP < space > BILL < space > your 9 digit CA #

2. Power Supply related issues:

For No Current Complaint:Type BSESYP < space > NC < space > your 9 digit CA #
For Voltage Fluctuation Complaint:Type BSESYP < space > VF < space > your 9 digit CA #
For Outage on account of Meter Issues:Type BSESYP < space > MB < space > your 9 digit CA #

3. Now BYPL customers can SMS request for:

New Connection,
Temporary Connection,
Address Change,
Load Change,
Name Change and
Category Change,

4. All you have to do is SMS the following request codes to 5-61-61-08

For New Connection: Type BSESYP < space > NCX
For Temporary Connection:Type BSESYP < space > TCX
For Address Change: Type BSESYP < space > ACH < space > your 9 digit CA #
For Load Change: Type BSESYP < space > LCH < space > your 9 digit CA #

2. Power Supply related issues

   Type BSESRP < SPACE > BILL < SPACE > Type BSESRP < SPACE > FAULT CODE 

    <  SPACE > CA Number and SMS to 5-61-61-07

Fault Codes:

   NC for No Current,

   VF for Voltage Fluctuation and

   MB for Outages on account of Meter Issues
